Select the currency for this credit card account. It is important that you ensure that you are setup with your provider for the selected currency.

Select the service provider from the drop down list.

You will be asked for information relevant to the selected provider. They will sent you the information to complete this screen.

These should always be your website address followed by "success.htm" and "fail.htm".
