Document Options

This tells the system where to send the email to.

Options are Guest, Management Company, Owner or an entered address.

This will be the email subject when it is sent. You can use the [p_title] token in the subject line that will be substituted with your property name when the email is sent.

If you would like the system to add and send an attachment as a PDF file. Please remember to upload the attachment document.

If you have a header document, this is used for all emails unless you tick this box.

This is initially set by the system when you add a document to inform you of how the document will be used. You can overtype this for your own notes.

Depending on the document type, you can choose whether to send this email. Options are All, Direct Bookings, Management Company Bookings and Owner Occupied Bookings.

Depending on the guest's country, you can choose whether to send this email. This is useful for creating specific language emails for guests.

Click this button to upload a Word document. This format must be a .DOC file and so if you use Office 2007, please save it as a .DOC file.

Within your .DOC file, you can enter tokens that will be replaced by the information contained for the booking. Click here to download a template document that you can put into Word's startup folder that will give you a button in Word to select fields from Simple Renting.
