Property Pictures

This is where the property and resort pictures within Simple Renting are uploaded and ordered. The pictures shown within the generated website are determined by the type of picture (property or resort) and the position.

Uploaded Picture

This is a view of your uploaded picture.

Picture Type

Select the type of picture that this is - property or resort. This is used to determine where the picture shows on your website together with the position.

Appear in Gallery

If this picture is ticked, it will appear in the gallery page within your website.

Appear in Banner Slideshow

If this picture is ticked, it will appear in the slideshow within the home page on your website.

Move up

Clicking the up arrow will move your picture up in the list. The position together with the property type determine where the picture will appear on your website.

Move Down

Clicking the down arrow will move your picture down in the list. The position together with the property type determine where the picture will appear on your website.

Delete

The delete button will remove this picture. It is important to update your website if you delete or change pictures.

Add a Picture

Click here to add a new picture to the end of the list. Pictures cannot exceed 2Mb in size. The picture ratio should be within similar proportions of 640 x 480 pixels. The file format used is JPG.

Update Property Picture

Click this button to upload an alternative picture.

Picture Description

The picture description displays under your picture within your website. Additionally, if the mouse pointer hovers over your picture on your website, this description is displayed. People with impaired vision can have picture descriptions read out to them with special software installed on their computer. Also, search engines such as Google Images will use the description to locate pictures.
